Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Looking for a caregiver who loves infant/toddlers who is reliable and warmhearted. We are filmmakers who often work from home and need some support while we write. We have an amazing kid, very funny and sweet, who needs attentive care while we work. Are you a nurturing and reliable caregiver with a passion for infant care? This is a live-out, part-time position, in Toronto (Parkdale) offering a competitive hourly rate of $20.00. The ideal candidate will have experience with infants/toddlers and hold a valid CPR certification. Your responsibilities will include providing loving and attentive care to our little one, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. Ideally we'd love someone who speaks French, but this isn't necessary, and we'd love to hire someone who enjoys being in nature--our kid loves the park and getting messy. In terms of schedule, we're hoping for someone who is available during the day 2-3x/week 6-8hrs/day. We can be somewhat flexible with dates as we are artists and understand what it is to be freelance. We are also open to discussing alternative dates/times if that's important to you. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in working with kids, who has a good sense of play, patience and kindness. We try not to be on our phones around our infant and would hope that whoever we hired would feel the same and do their best too. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
