Take care and supervise for children ages 9,7,6(twin girls) 5 and 22 months. The 5 yrs old kid has metabollic disorder and need to monitor her blood sugar every 3 hrs and her diet. Light housekeeping, some meal preparation, laundry, drop and pick the kids at school and bring the kids at the park.
