I believe that children are our most precious resource. I see every little person as having the potential to be extraordinary. I have the heart of a teacher. I taught my 3 sons to read and do basic math before starting Kindergarten (which made them just love school!). I combine care with learning, laughter and love. I have a God-given sense of joy and wonder, which I enjoy sharing with little people :), especially with my 2 precious grandchildren. I often take care of them overnight. I also did 1 yr. of daycare when my sons were small. I taught Sunday School to 4-5 yr olds for 3 yrs, and ran the church nursery for 2 yrs. I ran my own talent management company for 2 yrs, representing 14 young actors in Maple Ridge. I love kids!!! My sons are all actors/writers/directors in the entertainment industry, largely I believe because of a very healthy sense of self esteem and boundless creativity which I cultivated as their mother. I incorporate tons of positive reinforcement into childcare, always seeing and praising the positive throughout the day, and encouraging lots of imagination:) I have 40 yrs of accident free driving, Foodsafe, 1st Aid/CPR, lots of experience dealing with teachers, AND, I am lots of fun :) I was a stay-at-home mother for 3 sons, and did daycare for a neighbour for 1 yr. I have 2 grandchildren and often take them overnight. I worked in the YWCA child-care facility for 2 yrs. I had my own talent management agency in Maple Ridge and handled 14 young clients. I found them representation in Vancouver, prepped them for all auditions, took them to all auditions, and was on-set guardian when they were working. I also taught Sunday School to 5 & 6 yr. olds for 3 yrs, and ran the Church Nursery for 2 yrs.
