I believe how we care for the child shapes who he becomes; it is important to me that the child feel cared for, safe, happy and engaged in meaningful activities your absence. I believe the role of a caregiver is to help the child become independent, confident and poised. I believe my experience allows me to provide these opportunities to the child. I am currently completing my teaching diploma in the Montessori Education system. I have worked with small and large groups of children of varying ages and in many capacities, from youth program work and child care to the classroom environment. I truly enjoy working with children and being a part of their development process.
