I believe a childcare is only as good as the provider. So if you are looking for someone who is outgoing, active, energetic, patient,organized, and has a imagination then your on the right track. When working with kids you have to not only be able to control and entertain them, you also have to come down to their level sometimes and just be one of the kids. A good nanny is someone your kids enjoy being around, not someone they rather not see. To accomplish this it is sometime necessary to be a big kid yourself, but also being able to control, evaluate, and deal with sometimes stressful decisions. So in conclusion, my childcare style would have to be someone who is fun hearted and strong minded. 2 years experience, 3 references I don't have that much experience being a nanny, other then being a mother myself. My daughter is special needs and right now I work two jobs and care for her. I am a very organized and clean person, I have a cooking certificate, as well as my first aid with CPR and would be more then happy to give anyone a criminal record check. My daughter and I love to spend time outside as much as possible, as well as doing crafts. I try to do as many fun things with her.
