I am a mature diverse woman with a major in Women studies and minor in First Nations studies, I am culturally senstive and support those with barriers, though not fluent I speak, read and write some french, I am an outdoors women, love nature and beleive that the love of nature (biophilia) is a great tool in aligning health and wellness. I have worked as a proffessional cook and believe in proper nutriention and would prefer not use processed foods, rather organic or local foodstuffs. I have traveled greatly-Japan, Thailand, Korea, Hawaii, Greece,Chicago, Florida, Vegas, and asspire to more travel I have a valid passport, clean drivers abstract, bondable, and have a recent crimmal record check. I am not a religious woman though I am spiritual. I beleive in positive attitude, and care about my community and my environment. oldest of five and I cared for my siblings, and have lived with families with children and helped to care for them, support veggie and mircobotic diets, or those with special diets, experience as cook, cleaner, and community support person for people with barriers, taught gardening at women and childrens shelter in nanaimo, community gardens, and began theraputic farm for people with barriers.
