Hi there I`m Jhoanaliza Pagar.I am so excited to meet new families that could give me more experiences that I could cherish for the rest of my life..... caregivers just dont give our services but also our hearts to them,specially to the kids that gives us joy and happiness while with them or else this job will be the most boring one. I`d been here in Canada for nearly four years now and I had two employers. My duties includes general house keeping, preapare meals and take care of the kids. Bring and pick them up to their activities, play with them, find playdates around the neighborhood. I worked with a family with 3 kids ages 14,11 and 5,I found that dealing with teenagers are really challenging with their attitudes and pressures in school and with their development requires a lot of patience and understanting. Presently I am working with a family of 2 kids ages 8 and 5.I really love being with them take them to the parks,picnics and swimming in the summer,I love finding some fun activities for them if they are off from school,we had few trips to the museums,farm and playdates.I just enjoyed seing them laughing and smiling and have things they could cherished when they were with me. My experiences as a grade school teacher in the philippines helped me a lot with some motivation that I used with the children.
