Nanny in Bowmanville, Ontario

Hi there, I have completed my BSc in Nursing and I am looking for the opportunity to work with children of all ages and also with young adults. Through my nursing experiences I fully appreciate each individual's right to be respected without prejudice. I am also a very patient person and that is a quality that I believe is crucial when working with all clients and especially children. I have worked with children of all ages. Recently, I have worked with a girl who has cerebral palsy and also with a young girl who has autism (age 11). My duties include assisting with homework, dispensing medication, food preparation, making crafts and engaging clients through games. In the past, I have worked at a summer camp for two years at the YWCA where I was responsible for entertaining ~20 children (aged 5-13) from 8am-4pm.
