Hi! My name is Kaela and I am a third year university student with a passion for caring and helping children as they grow up. I have a great deal of experience in child care and I believe that fun and safety can go hand in hand! I am fully bilingual in French and English and would love to help children grasp Canada\'s two official languages which offer a tremendous benefit for their futures. I hope to hear from you soon! -Kaela I have previously worked with children in various settings including teaching dance, coaching sports teams, and summer camp. My most extensive experience has been working at the Camp Boulevard at the Boulevard Club where I put in place with dance camp and worked as a multi-sport camp counsellor for three summers. This job included teaching the fundamental skills in dance and in various sports, supervising the children in the pool, engaging in arts and crafts and ensuring a safe and fun camp environment. I have worked with children from the time they are newborns to the ages of 15, although I have had the most experience with children ages 4-10. I am fully bilingual in french and english which has allowed me to successfully communicate with children that had language difficulties. I have also worked with children with ADD and ADHD and am fully comfortable in giving them the extra care and able to meet their needs. I am also currently volunteering at an elementary school helping the grade 2 class and assisting those students who need extra help.
