Hi my name is Crystal Janzen, I am 27 years old and newly married. I have decided to change careers as I feel that I need to step away from the Retail world. I feel that being a nanny would be a great fit for me as I have always loved children. I myself have always wanted to be a mother and I hope that in the next few years I will have that oppertunity. I believe all children have a purpose and that these years are the most vital for their developement and will create who they are and will become. I understand that I do not have the experience that some of the other applicants do, however I have the heart. I have the drive to do whatever is needed to help your children in their developement and to keep them safe and thriving. Through highschool I did a lot of babysitting. I looked after a family of 4 ages 8-13 two of which were twins. Two boys on occasion since they were born. A girls who i looked after from birth to they moved away when she was 8. She is now 15. I have 8 neices and nephews ages ranging from 4 months - 9years old. I love children and always have. I have experience with changing diapers, feedings and cleaning of homes.
