My experience includes, taking care of client with onset dementia and Alzheimer's disease to palliative care, client with Parkinson's heart disease, kidney failure. Job responsibilities includes but not limited to companionship, bathing, dressing and changing. Skin care, catheter change, medication administration, food preparation and communicate with the client's healthcare provider, and update the family regarding the condition of their love ones.
