Hello, thanks for your interest! I'm a caring, fun-loving and conscientious baby-cuddler and kid-wrangler with a huge dose of common sense. I was born and raised in Toronto, so I'm very comfortable navigating everything our fine city has to offer. I've worked with many families and children of all ages over the years - from newborn babies, toddlers, all the way up to teens; I've dealt with every age possible. I love animals, so having pets around is even better! I'm easy-going and I aim to keep kids happy, but I'm not afraid to lay down the law (firmly but gently) if the need arises, whether it's about finishing homework or allotted iPad time. I can even handle screaming temper-tantrums without breaking a sweat. My status as a baby whisperer comes in handy; newborns are typically quiet as church mice in my arms and other little ones have allowed me to be the first (apart from their own mothers) to give them a bottle or rock them to sleep. I'm also a doting aunt to two boys, aged 5 and 7, and love every minute I spend with them. I enjoy healthy eating overall, and often cook plant-based meals for my own household (though I don't have any qualms or reservations about meat, and still consume it myself sometimes). I'm happy to be be involved in meal prep, cooking, or grocery shopping, if you'd like.
