Nanny in Fergus, Ontario

Hey there, family! I would love the chance to be your nanny! I am outgoing, calm, patient, energetic person - and I am also a devoted Christian. I enjoy being an auntie to three nephews and one niece! I have always loved kids. I used to babysit a lot as a teenager, and I was often told that the kids would ask for me afterwards or they wouldn’t want me to go! I was a proud nanny for a year to an 8 year old girl and I still see her now when I can! I like to think that I am a lot of fun, but also that I am a good Christian role model and teacher for the kids. I am happily married and hope to have children of my own someday. For now we have two dogs and a bird! I would love to help you take care of your children, so that you too can do a job that you love and not have to worry about who is caring for your child/children! I understand that being a nanny is such an important job because a nanny plays such a big role in yours and your child's life! I want to be that role model that they can trust and look up to, especially when you cant be around for them! I also love animals - I am/was a vet tech - so if you have pets that need caring for as well, this is not a problem at all! I currently work as a photographer, running my own business - this means that I am not available most weekends so wouldn’t be a good fit if that is needed. I started "baby sitting" at the age of 12 and continued to do so right through my first college program. It was very often for families from our church community, which all had at least (or more then) two children. I also played/play community sports and found connections through there. There was a family I used to babysit at least twice a week after school or more often, which had 2 children - a boy and a younger girl, very energetic and on a pretty routine schedule. I have three younger siblings myself and I would baby sit for my mom sometimes as well. I have three nephews and one niece - all under the age of 8. My best friends baby is 10 months and I visit and care for him often as well. I also have my First Aid/CPR Level 3 Certificate received in 2017.
