Nanny in Oshawa, Ontario

Hello to all the families, I am currently employed a supply educational assistant with the Durham district school board. I am looking for something that is more concrete. I go out of my way for children to be at their happiest, to work their hardest and to feel proud of themselves. I have been working with infants, children and adults for 20 years. My expertise are with children and adults with disabilities like autism, learning disabilities and Down syndrome. I am also very familiar with physical issues: using a feeding tube, trained in lifting for individuals in wheelchairs. I have cared for at most at one time 5 children ages 6 months to 13 years old (administered medication, fed,changed, arts and crafts, academics etc). I have also worked and cared for children with issues in Behaviour and excel at positive reinforcement and intensive Behaviour intervention.
