Hello there! My name is Lee Cinnamon and I am a University of British Columbia – Okanagan (UBCO) Alumni with a Bachelor of Psychology degree. Over the past two years I have been immersed in a broad range of scenarios with young children, and have gained a true eagerness to continue to learn and grow in this field. I love to sing, dance, and be silly! I am very theatrical, playful, and I love children's ability to live in each present moment (whether happy or sad). Nanny life excites me because I get to plan my days around being active outdoors while exploring Vancouver my new home Making crafts is one of my favourite activities to do with kids, so if your kids are crafty we will get along just wonderfully! I believe in the power of spoken word, and have seen first hand the magic that words of affirmation can have on kids while they are exploring different parts of their personalities. If given the opportunity I would love to make your daily routine easier, and be a positive influence in your kids life! For most of my life I have been working with children. Over the past two years I have been working specifically with children with autism at a school based in Calgary, AB. I have recently relocated to Vancouver and have been working for two wonderful families on the North Shore.
