Hello families, My name is Danielle and I am a recent graduate from Ryerson\'s Early Childhood Education Program. Head Early Childhood Educator As the head Early Childhood Educator, it was my responsibility to lead the toddler classroom that embodied an warm and inclusive environment. I conducted weekly programs for fifteen children which were made up of eight areas of learning and development: dramatic play, creative arts, gross/fine motor skills, cognitive learning, science/discovery, sensory skills, language arts and music. I was responsible for creating a classroom dynamic that was functional and sustainable for both children and team members in order to follow through with day to day routines.
