Hello Families! I am a very warm and fun and versatile individual, I have a passion for working with children and no problem being silly. You will find me very reliable, knowledgeable and positive. I love to be active and always seize those teachable moments, instilling the importance of good behavior, healthy eating habits, nature, physical activities and the joy of books. All done in a fun loving way. I believe in creating lasting healthy relationships with children and families. I fully understand the importance of adapting to a families\' specific needs and desires for their situation, as well as adapting those needs as the family evolves. With 4 years post secondary education pertaining to my work with children, I have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications to work well with your family and your children. I also have experience as a Nanny with a family for over 4 years. Children were 3 months and 3 years when I started. In addition I was the supervisor of the before and after school programs for 10 years, working and caring directly with 10-30 children every day, programming, scheduling, and organizing all the arts, crafts, games, behaviors and snacking. I have many years experience working in various daycare settings with infants and toddlers as well. I am available Monday to Friday and occasional weekends.
