Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hello, I am a 29 year old nanny who has just returned to Canada from living and working as a nanny in London! I'll be in Toronto helping my sister with her newborn from mid-October until mid-November and was hoping to pick up some casual work while there! I have over nine years experience working in childcare in Canada (Halifax,Toronto, and New Brunswick) and internationally (Paris and London). I've always enjoyed working with children but while working at a day care while going to university (Major in Psychology, Minor in Biology) I realised that not only was it a fun job, but it was something I was really good at. I love going outside and being active with children, or when some down time is needed doing yoga, doing some drawing or colouring or reading stories. I like trying out neat science experiments with kids and having children help out with baking. I try to encourage children to be creative and to find something that makes them happy. I love seeing children succeed in whatever they want or are trying to do. I've worked in multiple settings in my nine years of experience, from day cares to volunteer experience, but for the past three years I've been a nanny. I have experience with ages 6 months-12 years.
