Nanny in St. Catharines, Ontario

I'm an
Individual
Dear Madame or Sir, My name is Deanna Henry and I am a certified Ontario teacher currently looking for Childcare work. I have 5 years teaching experience overseas and I love working with children of all ages. I have been working with children since the age of 12, babysitting and volunteering at a daycare centre. Additionally, I have a fair amount of experience working with adults volunteering in nursing homes where my mother worked for most of my life and later working for a group home for elderly women with behavioral disorders. I am extremely patient and have experience working with both children and adults with behavioral disorders. I am currently enrolled in a professional development program for teachers called Special Education and I would be great at tutoring children with special needs. My friends would say that I am a great cook and I love cooking and learning about food from all over the world. I love to read about new recipes and try a new recipe every week. If I work for you as a nanny, I feel confident in being able to bring nutritious and delicious meals to the table. In addition to cooking I also love to read, garden, exercise, study new things and hike. I love to share my passions and interests with children and having them share theirs with me. I am extremely energetic and love to take children out for socialization opportunities at the library, early years centres and parks. I also enjoy playing games, doing crafts and singing and dancing with children. Your children would be guaranteed to have a great time if I were to be their nanny! Sincerely, Deanna Henry.
