Nanny in Kitchener, Ontario

Hi! I am located near Downtown Kitchener and the Auditorium. I use public transit as my main form of transportation. I am an international student at Conestoga college, I am studying Practical Nursing. In my home country, I have always worked in the health area having knowledge about patient care, CPR training, knowledge of first aid, pressure work, and order. I am very patient, responsible, and respectful. But, also a loving, fun, and caring person. I love working with children and having the opportunity to be part of their care and growth. I am comfortable prepping meals, doing light housework, supervising activities, and more. I do enjoy neighborhood walks, park visits, playdates, etc. I can be involved in the parenting of the little ones as much as you ask me, I am willing to help you and look for the best techniques for it. Coming from a Latin culture as is in Mexico I am used to a big family I have been a nanny to all my 8 nieces and nephews, and I am very proud of them. Maybe this is not the ideal experience but believe me, it has been a great experience for me to be part of their well-being and growth. In the last year I have had the fortune to work with a few families, 2 of them being my main job and my best references. For 4 months I worked with the Schiedel family in Waterloo as a full-time nanny. I was part of caring for 3 children ages 9, 4 and 3. Unfortunately our schedules no longer accommodated and I had to look for a new family. For a few months I did some part time jobs where I had the opportunity to take care of children from newborn to 6 years old. In March of 2023 I started working with the Rivas family full time, I was responsible for the primary care of their now 20 month old daughter who is now starting a new journey in daycare. So now I am once again looking for a new family, being a nanny is a job that I enjoy very much as it is amazing to be a part of the growth and development of every child I have worked with. It is also a job that allows me to stay focused on my studies as well. I could do part-time or full-time, send me a message and we can talk about our schedules and availability.
