Hi Parents and families, I'm looking for a job as Nanny or Caregiver . For the past 7 years, I have been a nanny for a family with two children who are now too grown up. With this family, I had the experience of working with a child with some developmental difficulties. Additionally, I was responsible for the children's outdoor activities, picking & dropping of children at school; house keeping, grocery shopping if required, I also have extensive background experience in a professional and home-care setting which I learned from my Personal Support Worker Course and from my position as a Community Support Worker with The Canadian Red Cross in St. Catharines from 2011 to 2013. I used to provide good personal care in assisting seniors with personal hygiene, meals, companionship and light housekeeping duties. I also have experience providing care for children of various ages. I have 3 years of experience in the Nursery at the Church. I read to the children, taught them how to learn and play. I also guided them in taking care of their personal hygiene and developing social development. Along with the Church, I also performed childcare service for private families for 5 years, took care of Newborns, Toddlers, Primary school aged children, organized wholesome activities for children. I maintained a safe and healthy environment in the home, tend to emotional well-being of children. I can cook and prepare and serve nutritious meals according to parents' instructions. I can take children to and from school and to appointments, music class, gymnastics, etc. I do sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infants, bathe, dress and feed infants and children, prepare infants and children for rest periods. I can also perform light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, clean up and tidy up the house under parents' instructions; grocery shopping and doing errands if required. I have a good work ethic. I'm energetic, hard-working, responsible, dedicated, able to multitask, honest and compassionate. I love babies and children very much. and I have so much compassion for the Elderly. I am capable of assuming full responsibility in the absence of parents or families. CPR, Standard First Aid trained; Food handling Certificate G-class driver license with a reliable vehicle.
