Hello! My name is Shannon Grinnell! I am 26 years old and absolutely love working with children! I worked for seven years as a camp councilor and assistant camp director supporting campers, volunteers and other councilors! I have lots of experience creating programs for all ages and am sure I have tons of games and crafts for all ages to keep us occupied and engaged all day long! I have graduated culinary school and have been working as a sous chef for the past five years and am currently still working in food service part time! With that said I would be happy to help with any meal prep around the house and of course keeping up with the household chores. I truly believe that kids and families thrive when they have good healthy food! But I will admit I have a bit of a sweet tooth, so hopefully lots of baked goods are welcome! I absolutely love animals so id be happy to help with pet care as well! The camp I worked for was based in outdoor education so hopefully we can appreciate walks and picnics in the park because nature and the outdoors are so important to include in our daily lives!
