I am writing this letter to confirm that Nora has been my children’s nanny since March, 2013, helping to raise both my sons (now 4 and 6). In addition to being a dedicated caregiver to my sons, in her time with us, Nora has been instrumental in managing not one, but two homes, including housework and meal preparation, and dealing with a complex alternating work schedule. Nora is great at keeping my children happy and active, often scheduling activities and play dates with neighbourhood friends. She is always positive with the kids, is patient, trustworthy and reliable, hardly missing a day of work in over 5 years.
