Nanny in Kitchener, Ontario

My name is Joana. I was a kindergarten teacher assistant in my home country, I am looking for a position as a nanny live out caregiver. I've had some wonderful experiences as a caregiver in Canada, I am fluent in Spanish and my English is strong. I have over 8 years of experience in the care of children. I am a very patient person. I'm easily adaptable, honest, friendly, caring, responsible, energetic, flexible,hardworking and trustworthy. I have a diverse background with much to offer. I am a positive person who enjoys learning new skills, I like swimming, playing at the park, walking, reading, and many other interests. Besides attended a training program for six months, I learned about early stimulation, nutrition, and major common diseases in children, as well as Canadian First Aid and CPR. I also have the ability to easily connect to the child‘s world through didactic teaching materials, dances, songs and handcrafts. As part of my experience I worked for two years under the live-in caregiver program in Canada. My most recent work experience was for a family in Kitchener who had two young children, one of which had special dietary needs. I can help you whenever you need me.
